ZDayZ Disclaimer

The Organizers of ZDayZ event(s) (including, but not limited to Morris Morgan, Bryan Settle, Glen Belnap, Justin Alspaugh, Graham Hobbs, Matthew Henderson) (hereinafter the “Organizers”), and its participating Vendors and Sponsors, do hereby disclaim any responsibility for any injury, damage or other claim which may arise from your participation in an event know as ZDayZ at Tail of the Dragon, held between May 19, 2011 and May 22, 2011 at Fontana Village Resort in Fontana, North Carolina. This Agreement applies to all claims, past or future, known or unknown that may arise to you or to your heirs, successors, assigns, agents, servants or employees.

By participating in any ZDayZ event(s), you are assuming the risk of any injury, damage or other claims that may arise. The participation in any activities involving motor vehicles carries a risk of injury or damage and, by participating in this event, you expressly assume the risk of such injury, loss or damage. Furthermore, the participant assumes risk of injury, loss or damage for any of the prizes, labor, or gifts received during ZDayZ. The Organizers of the ZDayZ event do not organize, sanction or schedule any events which require the improper or illegal use of motor vehicles or the taking of passengers on such event(s), and expressly disclaim any liability for the results of such activities.

The participation in any ZDayZ Event, by you, is at your own risk.
